I developed the e-commerce platform for Zreia, a premium online store specializing in indoor plants and curated home gifts. The project involved customizing the storefront for a clean, nature-inspired design, optimizing product categories (plants, gifts, home décor), and integrating smooth checkout flows and region-specific shipping.
Additionally, I implemented automation workflows for inventory sync, order notifications, and customer retention campaigns, while applying CRO best practices—such as highlighted product features, quick product-page navigation, and faster loading times—to boost conversion and engagement.
