Mister S

Developed the online brand experience for Mister S, a gourmet sandwich restaurant in Jeddah. The project consisted of creating a visually engaging, mobile-friendly site that highlights the brand story, menu, and location. I structured the menu navigation for quick access, integrated booking/order flows, and set up region-specific delivery and payment options.
Additionally, I implemented CRM workflows and automation for customer notifications, loyalty campaigns, and social media engagement. I also applied CRO strategies — including strong CTAs, streamlined content layout, and performance enhancements — to improve user engagement and conversion.
