Developed the online presence for Charcoal KSA, a premium burger & chicken fast-casual brand, creating a responsive website optimized for browsing menus, ordering online, and brand storytelling. The project involved custom storefront design, user-flow enhancements for quick order access, and integrating region-specific delivery logistics and payment methods. Additionally, I set up automation workflows for email subscriptions, order notifications, and customer loyalty communications. I applied CRO strategies to improve menu visibility, call-to-action clarity, and site speed — resulting in smoother user journeys and higher conversion rates.
