I built the e-commerce platform for Talah Al Jood Dates, customizing a high-end online store targeting the Saudi market with large catalogues of premium dates and gift boxes.
I optimized product structure and filtering (by category, flavour, occasion), integrated region-specific shipping and payment solutions, and improved UX and performance to support large traffic spikes (seasonal demand).
Additionally, I implemented CRM and automation workflows for order tracking, customer segmentation, and follow-up campaigns, and applied CRO tactics to streamline checkout, highlight premium products, and increase conversions.
